The bridge is now coloured brown-red and consists of three segmental arches spanning the River Tame with latticework spandrels and a balustrade interspersed with panelled piers. Abutments sweep round to end buttresses and buttresses also flank the central arch.

The repair and restoration of this Grade II* listed bridge was informed by our Best Practice and High Accuracy 3D Survey, completed in late spring 2022. We captured every surface detail of the bridge, completed an extensive Topographical Survey and Utilities Survey, and also a Bathymetric River Bed Survey. From our data, a series of drawings, 3D inspection and visualisation models, and montoring planning.
