Terra Measurement Limited was established in 2012 to focus on providing an innovative and professional survey and spatial data service to clients of a wide range of market sectors. We provide a service across the whole of the UK and beyond. What sets us apart from the competition is a more comprehensive approach based on quality and accuracy. Managing Director, Andrew Beardsley, brings a wealth of experience from previous roles as a surveyor manager, partner and director with other successful practices within the industry.

Training and Development:
Each surveyor is supported in their Continued Professional Development and training to help maintain and constantly improve our knowledge and experience base. This is not only provided by our training, equipment and software partners, but also qualifications organised by The Survey School, The Survey Association (TSA) and the Chartered Institution for Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
Health and Safety:
We have an exceptional commitment to Health and Safety. Most of our surveyors have a combination of safety qualification cards, including: CSCS, PTS, MPQC Safety Passport, etc. We safety are audited for several schemes, including: ConstructionLine - Gold standard, RISQS, CHAS, Acclaim and SMAS. We are also members of CIRAS - Confidential Reporting for Safety.
Equipment:
We believe in using the best equipment available and all of our surveyors use the following: Geomax Survey Equipment; FARO Laser Scanners, NavVis Laser Scanners, Mala GPR, Vivax Electro Magnetic detection, DJI and Elios UAVs, Sony DSLRs, Leica Survey Equipment, .
Software:
To enable us to provide the wide range of products and services we offer, an extensive range of software is required. These are provided by the following: Leica Geosystems – Autodesk – Bentley – Agisoft - Eos Systems – Graphisoft – Kubit - Leica Geosystems – Epic Games - McCarthy Taylor – Microsoft – MicroSurvey - Veesus Ltd - Hexagon
Quality Assurance:
We maintain our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification and our ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management certification. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality throughout all our processes, from project planning to data archiving. We are Full Members of The Survey Association (TSA).
